Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Sedy Jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible.

What we offer

  • Returns & Exchanges: Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days.
  • Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after inspection (processing time 3–5 business days). Store credit is available upon request.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo/video of the issue and your order number.
  • All defective/damaged items must be returned for inspection before a refund, exchange, or replacement is issued.
  • Refunds or replacements are processed only after the item is received and verified by our team.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email us at your@email.com with your order number and reason (return/exchange/defect).
  2. Wait for our confirmation with return instructions (RMA/return label details).
  3. Ship the item back within 5 business days of approval and provide the tracking number.

Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping: Paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit—please use a tracked service.

Additional Notes

  • Unapproved returns may be rejected or returned to the sender.
  • Sedy Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
