Products & Pricing
- We aim to describe products accurately. Minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur.
- Prices are listed in USD/CAD and may change without notice.
- We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud).
Orders & Shipping
- Processing time: 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination.
- Free shipping on orders over $100 within Canada and the USA. International rates are calculated at checkout.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and final sale items are not eligible.
- If an item arrives defective or damaged, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence within 7 days of delivery.
- All defective or damaged items must be returned for inspection before a refund, exchange, or replacement is issued.
- Refunds or replacements are processed only after the item is received and verified by our team.
