- We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud).
Orders & Shipping
- Processing time: 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $100 within Canada and the USA. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
